Friday lunch

Spinach, potatoes, salmon, sweet potato chips, and tea

I made a "bowl" with baby spinach leaves, left over fried potatoes from yesterday and a small can of salmon.

In a frying pan with a bit of olive oil, saute garlic and potatoes.

Add spinach and turn over with tongs.

Almost cooked down - season with salt and pepper

Divide into bowls and top with a bit of canned salmon
 This meal came together quickly and was a ncie combination of flavors, especially with a bit of secret dipping sauce from the potato chips poured on top of the salmon.
