| Left overs |
Black Friday has more than one meaning, in my book. Yes, there are good shopping bargains to be had but to me, it's the start of turkey left overs - turkey on toast, turkey sandwiches, turkey soup, turkey burgers, curried turkey, turkey pot pie, turkey Shepard pie. While I like a bit of turkey every now and then, I think it's worth is drowned out at Thanksgiving by all the other traditional dishes - sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, green beans, gravy, dinner rolls, pie, etc.

Phew, that takes a few things out of the overflowing fridge. Not sure what we'll do tonight - maybe something else SPICY! enough of the sweet stuff already.
