Traditional Hummus Meets Vegan "Cheezy" Dip



I wanted a dip for dinner but couldn't decide which one so I combined them - traditional hummus and vegan cheezy dip.

In a blender container combine:

1 can garbanzo beans, liquid drained into a cup
1/8 cup sesame seeds
minced garlic to taste
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt, pepper, cumin, paprika to taste
1/2 cup cashew
1/3 of a red bell pepper
1/8 cup nutritional yeast

Slowly increase speed of blender until all the contents are combined, adding more drained bean liquid as need so machine doesn't stall.  Blend on high speed for a minute until smooth and fluffy.

Serve with pita, tortilla, veggies, salad, roasted potatoes etc.
