When I prep dinner at the end of a long day, I tend to graze and snack my way to dinner to the point that I've already eaten enough dinner before I even sit down. And then I eat the actual meal! Not good for the waistline.
I've restarted the concept of having a set little snack on the counter. I eat the snack, which I've accounted for in my daily calorie total, and that's it. No more until dinner.
My goal is to have a pretty little dish with a bit of spicy, crunchy, veggie and protein.
