Hearty Pancakes for Breakfast

This morning I paged through the Vitamix recipe binder and decided to try the Whole Wheat Oatmeal Cranberry pancakes - and they were fantastic!  I ground wheat kernals, oats, and cranberries in the dry container first, poured flour in a bowl and stirred in the rest of the ingredients (milk, egg, salt, soda, powder). The boys eat them with maple syrup of lemon and sugar. These pancakes are definately "stick to your rib" food.
