Day 4 -SBD

I decided on soft-boiled eggs this morning.  These turned out a bit more hard than soft but that's OK.  I like eggs with salt and pepper and coffee on the side.

To make soft-boiled eggs - place eggs in a pan with enough cold water to cover by an inch or so.  Quickly bring up to a rapid boil, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 3 minutes for soft boil and 10 minutes for hard boiled eggs.  Run eggs under cold water to stop the interior cooking process.

Breakfast - 2 eggs
Lunch - split pea soup with carrots and ham
Snack - bite of whole wheat dinner roll and lick of max&cheese (duh!)
Dinner - baked acorn squash, salad greens, canned salmon, hummus

Jake and I ran a 2 mile training run.  Not only is he wearing his older sister's Vibram running socks, he is also wearing my very cool Under Armour running jacket - and looking very handsome.
