Day 23

I'm not sure what to title today's post...resignation maybe?  There is no magic bullet and sometimes I'll have to be hungry. It was a cold morning coming in (26F), which isn't bitterly cold but a sign that colder weather is on it's way.  Something in my primal brain says "eat a big bowl of hot oatmeal with all the fixings, save yourself from freezing to death".  It's possible the voices in  my head are a little over anxious and tend to over-exaggerate.

Breakfast - yogurt (170)

Lunch - I ordered a sampler platter and promptly placed half in a container to go.  Ate 1 baked chicken kefta, one falafel, 1/2 of hummus, 1/2 of parsley salad, 1/3 of pita bread.
Snack Buddy - 1/4 Granny Smith apple with peanut butter
Dinner - A big salad with the lunch left-overs divided among 4 salad bowl.  The boys had pizza too.
