Day 12 - Healthy Lifestyle

Kris decided on pumpkin pie and an apple for breakfast. 

 Kris went to a U-pick farm Sunday and brought home a big bag of apples and a pumpkin.

I went for "variety" this morning and had over easy eggs and a teaspoon of peanut butter for breakfast.  I was inspired by Christmas dishes. (250)

Lunch - Small can of salmon (200), sour cream (60), seasoning, 3 corn tortilla chips (40) (300 total lunch).  I was in a festive mood and choose a Mexican flavor for dishware.
Craig and I walked through the neighborhood this afternoon.  I'm not understanding the weather - we live in Michigan, a "northern state" and the high temp today was in the mid 70's!  We have had beautiful weather this past week.  Normally, it's rainy and dreary and cold and wet...blah...this time of year as we slide into winter.  Naturally, there will be a blizzard for Halloween trick-or-treating.

Snack Buddy - peanut butter (200)

Dinner - Salad greens, grilled chicken and a bit of dressing (400).  For a daily total of 1250 calories.
