My good friend Elmer, keeps his eyes out for little gems. He recently stumbled across a broken down old chair along side a dirt road. Turns out that this chair is an true antique from 1880!
Elmer took the chair to Larry Gonyer in Manchester, Michigan for repair and refinishing. Larry did an amazing job - completely taking the chair apart, cleaning each individual piece, reworking the swivel mechanism, and making a new leather cushion.
