Jake and Kris have only been inside a hair cut place once before when they were younger. There was lots of crying so the mission was aborted. Today was their official first haircut - they are 10 (going on 11) and 8 years old.
The boys had to be bribed....and then off we went to a local barber, who, naturally was closed. So we trudged over to Borics nearby. After a short wait, which gave us time to peruse the books, the boys were up.

Their facial expressions were very comical, you'd think they were getting a root canal!
I'm surprised they were OK with a bit a gel to finish off the job.
They look great.
