Who Knew!

Pinto beans grown from a stray bean
Craig was in our sun room for a while this afternoon and came back with a handfull of treasure.  Turns out, he had found an escaping pinto bean a while back and planted it in the garden.  The escapee grew and became fruitfull enough to sprout its own bean pods.  This one little bean was able to reproduce and handfull of pinto beans.  I'm totally amazed!   This handfull of beans grown from a single bean looks just like the beans we purchase from Eden Food.
