Turns out, Brussels sprouts from the garden taste just like sprouts from the store. This was Craig's first attempt at sprouts and were harvested for dinner.
According to wiki, Brussels sprouts have cancer-fighting properties. The largest producer in North America is California. The largest producer in Europe is The Netherlands. See article here
