We spent the morning cleaning out the basement (and NO we are NOT done yet!) so lunch was a quickie. I had scrambled eggs with cheese and ham over a few tortilla chips with hot sauce and Craig had whole wheat toast with ham, cheese, and eggs. There wasn't a whole lot of fruit or veg with this meal but it sure was satisfying.
Neither the basement or the ham is near done yet. How can one family accumulate so much junk?
I'll use up some more ham for Hawaiian Pizza tonight and back to cleaning downstairs.
