Dutch Apple Baby

Kristoffer has been wanting a Dutch Apple Baby ever since he saw the picture in the Vitamix recipe binder.  I tried it out this morning and it didn't turn out as spectacular as the photo.....not sure what went wrong.  Kris liked it and quickly ate a piece but I'm not sure I'll make this one again.  Except for this one, all the other recipes in the binder have come out with great success so maybe it was the chef?
