Day 11 - South Beach Living La Vida Dolce


Breakfast - few roasted pumpkin seeds and 2 soft boiled eggs.


Lunch - oven baked green tomatoes and zucchini parmesan topped with pasta sauce and roasted pumpkin seeds. (and 2 bites of pumpkin pie)

Snack Buddy -

Dinner - a cup of black bean soup, three corn tortilla chips and a tablespoon of guacamole.  We keep a few boxes of soup in the pantry for a quick dinner.  I like this flavor this spicy flavor.  Each 1 cup serving has 80 calories with lots of fiber.
